if i had my close friends regularly attending things around me, i would probably go to more events just to hang out. but it’s hard to make friends without entering the bracket, and nj locals are very much a boys club anyways (most people are nice but it’s not my vibe)

i try to be open minded like that, but i have not been able to do so successfully. i have been trying, but as a very emotional person, it just doesn’t feel like it’s worth giving it a shot anymore. it’s a failure on my part but i can’t manage to make that ruleset enjoyable

wish there were tournaments in the area that i wanted to go to. im willing to drive quite far, but everything is either unfrozen or run too poorly for my standards

feels a little sad to be staying home instead of going out but what can you do
