Ok... so the entire text exchange is bonkers, but I just can't get over the DOJ comment on response when confirming the authenticity of the texts. It looks like a mean message I might write to a classmate when I was 12.

Giving Baltar access to nukes (and to all of the fleet software) seemed a bit implausibly irresponsible when BSG first aired. Now it seems pretty reasonable. At least he was part of the government, and they put some thought into whether or not the emergency warranted the risks...

I lost interest in the first season. Years later, a friend told me to try the 3rd season. I watched a season 1/2 recap and went for it. The 32nd century stuff was much more to my liking!

Anyone who loves Star Trek (particularly Lower Decks) should watch this. The quiz game part itself was great, but I particularly enjoyed the back and forth between superfans, and Jean, a Lower Decks storyboard artist.

I'm not normally a fan of pre-game anthems, just looking at the history of why it became standard, and now with the US trade war against Canada...but holy crap, this was amazing.

It took right up until the last moments, but I'm relieved that you partially addressed the primary stakeholders on this issue: The sentient beings we often choose to bring into existence without consent. Looking forward to part 2 being all about them.
