Will it be easy? No. This process is often what humans perceive as Healing. It's the process of going Within - from finding our true selves to bring back into the light.

Absolutely! Trusting my own words was a challenge I feel like I'm just now overcoming. "What if they're not perfect?!" Healing the perfectionist people-pleasing side has helped a great deal. The perfect words are the ones that feel right in the moment. The perfect words are done with intention.

Spells don't need a bunch of ingredients or fancy words to be effective. They can be as simple as speaking intentions into a candle and bearing witness as it burns. The magic is you, not the tools.

I have artists interpretations of various deities throughout my home as reminders of energy I'd like to embody. But I would be the worst devotee.

I can barely remember to water a house plant to keep it alive. It makes sense that I don't work with specific deities because I would 100% forget to leave offerings, etc for them. I enjoy learning about them and the different archetypes they represent though.

So pretty 😍 What stones make up the rest of the necklace? Did you have a specific intention or anything like that when you were constructing this necklace?

Yikes. Not downplaying their lived experience, but that's a scary takeaway. That has not been my experience with current youth at least.
