Could be really great to connect with other people who need connection. And need to feel they can do something in this hellscape. And in providing one, we can collectively, separately, do whatever it is that we can!

Perhaps a weekly group of folx who are feeling the need for both staying informed and ditching. Staying connected to their support system which exists virtually, and hermiting for the sake of the nervous system.

I've managed to spend the last 4 days *almost* unaware of what's been going on.

I can't imagine what it's been like for everyone else.

The seed of this came from how many people I have seen or talked to that would love to give up the toxicity of sm, but have found that their nourishing social circle exists here, too.
What to do???

I'd like to put something together, similar to my other groups, but more focused on how hard it is to stay both informed and OK right now.
My thought was specifically around social media.

I have the seed of an idea. Would you help me flesh it out?
