- Give legislature first dibs drawing maps if Commission fails

- Remove legislators from Commission and add independents

- Keep state maps w Commission but Congressional maps back to legislators

I’ve said from the beginning the redistricting commission is designed to fail, but don’t see a repeal passing referendum
