There are now multiple chicken farms in northern BC with Avian flu.

From some articles I read, they were initially used for meat. Then when all of the issue arose with them dying from avian flu, they scrubbed their entire internet presence of having anything to do with selling for meat, they became pets at a certain point.

We contemplated going when we did but we knew 🍊was gonna be elected again and thought it was our last chance to take the kids to Disney before they grew out of it! We spent 3 weeks this summer in Vancouver and hoped that we would have been able to visit Seattle.

We spent 10 spectacular days in California in August 2024. 3 in Disneyland. We had the most wonderful time but we knew it would be our last. Never, ever going back.

This is what we’re doing now as well. I shop very strategically. We are fortunate, however I still shop like that could change in an instant. I also shop at places that offer deals and sales on the items we use often and don’t buy things at full price if I can avoid it. People need to understand
