Again it’s my observation and I’m not a clinical professional, but it’s really hard to watch someone suffer with something I very much relate to/have.

To explain my observation is one dude describes that his brain isn’t understanding what he is hearing and it’s causing problems his whole life. Like dude has an audio processing disorder big time.

Watching the latest season of Married at First Sight and can’t help but notice that learning disabilities aren’t being addressed in their conversations. Like clearly some of these people have disabilities and I wish the experts would address it because it would super help some of the couples.

I felt the same about my results! Once I learned about these attachment styles in the past, it was so much easier to stop falling into the same patterns. Thanks for sharing
