I bought more books because I was on a friend-date & they also wanted books. So my "TO READ RIGHT NOW" pile is growing. This is 🌟separate🌟 from the Regular To Read Pile. Right now I'm finishing a book my sister & I tried to read with our niece, but niece abandoned it & I ain't no quitter. #booksky

I went There and I went Back Again (I'm now realizing the poetic nature of this trip) You've gone Back Again, & I guess...I'll just wait my turn. There's little use in crying when I know I'll get to tell you all the stories you missed. I suppose that means I'll have to go on a few more adventures.

This is both my most amazing and idiotic creation to date. MLT class did all the RBC types with Play-Doh, but I was home sick and without Play-Doh to munch on, so I went with drawing stupid comics.

Poem to a Dying Friend I

Death is an odd gift, an offputting blessing, weird to witness. It happens daily, she comes for us all, so it's not like it's all that deep. I think that's what makes it so painful...such a simple act, and we have to wait our turn by living life to the fullest.

We've learned this year that hell can both freeze over and burn...all at once. And as the thermostat swings wildly, we somehow insist on carrying on with our dreams, facing our horrors, and sipping our hot liquids before and after bed. Such a tragedy it is to be so insignificant, and yet I am free.
