Bye bye, Microsoft. Your insistence on pushing 'AI' at us, along with turning Windows in to adware AND spyware, and making it harder to use local accounts mean we are done.

Had a massive Windows purge, lately. All my machines now run Kubuntu Linux as their primary OS. Any dual boot systems ONLY have the applications that must run on Windows, on the Windows side.
Also found running old games on Linux via Wine/Lutris seem to run better than Windows 'compatibility mode'

@mrjamesob.bsky.social my eyes do the same. I notice it more when I'm out and about, and looking at trees. My left eye has a slightly cooler tint to my right. Felt pretty weird when I first realised this.

If I was flying in one, it would be an A380. Looking at one, it's a 747.

Last 2 days have been very music oriented. Yesterday went through a lot of my vinyl. Today I started a new track, with a house tinge, and created a new playlist for the weekend's sessions.

Watched the 4K of Bladerunner 2049, this evening. First time watching with my new home cinema setup. The sound design in this scene is incredible; It's very intense, and deserves to be heard with large speakers and surround sound. None of this sound bar nonsense.

I've also had the Xone 62 for 20 years. Amazing how that and the decks are still going strong, today. It's nice when kit is built to last.

I've been going through loads of my old vinyl tonight. Think a retro mix is on the cards, in the near future. I've had the 1210s for 21 years. I think they deserve a big birthday bash.
