FWIW, investing in good quality lipstick is totally worth it. Though cheaper cosmetics can be fun to experiment with, you have to reapply them *constantly* to maintain color.

Lip stains are also pretty bitchin’ and available in lots of colors.

Ugh. Food poisoning. Threw up at PT while in the pool. Thankfully, the phys therapist was fast enough to get me a garbage can so I didn’t throw up *in* the pool.

I feel terrible, but managed to get home without throwing up in my car. I’m counting it as a win.

Fortunately, since I started wearing a CGM, I’ve been able to adjust my insulin to (mostly) avoid them. Last night was due to too much insulin before dinner when I didn’t end up eating everything. I had a snack before bed but I guess it wasn’t enough. 🤷🏻‍♀️

As a survivor of domestic abuse, I can’t agree more. We’ve all heard that phrase, that tone of voice. It’s one of the (MANY) reasons I am so shook by the video. It’s raised old trauma while inflicting new, like being punched and beaten down again myself.
