In general comparing the "small" starter Large monsters to African bush elephants at max size has funny and terrifying results.

ONE JAGGI would be an apex predator anywhere, thing is longer than a tiger.

Fun fact- Great Izuchi is actually on average almost twice the length of an elephant and about as tall as a tall one depending on stance.

Its arms seem quite easily around 3mt shoulder to claw tip, especially in Rise.

So it's not "arm as long as many bears" it's arms as long as the BIGGEST bear.

Speaking of things that are comparable to elephants but you don't realize it- Bulldrome.

The largest ones can get even taller and they are generally longer.

Bullfango are about as long as an elephant is tall.
Also think about what that means for Long Sword sizes.

Shen Gaoren is almost twice as tall as Metal Gear REX, NOT counting the shell, and as tall as the Shagohod is long

To be clear, I said all Seltas Queen ARE longer than any tank, and the biggest ones are likely taller than the biggest tank is long.
