I realized just now, as we begin to pack for a trip, that I love this part for the same reason I love OSR ttrpgs. I like figuring out what we will need and who will carry it all.

After some initial mutual fear, the kids spent 15 minutes assembling all the food from their inventory to create the ultimate sandwich: The Radish Plum Deluxe. With this they won over the fish people's friendship and avoided battle.

Kids DnD tonight went great!
They decided to explore a shipwreck. Hired a fisherman to take them out on his boat. Fisherman warned them there were mermaids or something out there.
They soon encountered the "mermaids" who were definitely fish people, but not mermaids.

Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose! I'm super new to making my own commander decks (and pretty shit at mtg in general) but I pulled him from a booster and immediately liked his abilities. Picked up a bunch of cheap black life-gain and some fun removal it was lacking.
Didn't include exquisite blood tho.

I suck at magic cards but I'm having fun

A wooden desktop covered with piles of Magic cards. The piles are organized in stacks labeled as sticky notes, reading Commander mechanic, card, draw, removal, ramp, protection, and land. The commander is Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose.

Hell yeah they came in

I ordered some magic cards last week (a thing I seldom do) and tomorrow I get to play magic cards with friends. I'm REALLY hoping those cards show up in the mail today so I can add them to my edh deck before game night. Goodness only knows when I'll get to play next.

If you are scared that vaccines have RNA in them, you should know that actual viruses also have RNA in them. The difference is that the viruses can make you sick (or dead) and vaccines can't.

Oh, that's pretty interesting. Is that necessarily the case, or is that more of a philosophy? It seems like the scope / fidelity could be flexible here. For instance would the rules support rolling once to resolve an entire scenario (like a dungeon, say)?

What might limit a character's ability to open a door in pbta? You mentioned rolling for the intent. I assume kicking down a door and quietly picking it each requires something different? Or do those look the same mechanically?
