The BBC is and always has been institutionally biased in favour of privilege and the status quo, itβs in the DNA of any state broadcaster which exists at the whim of politicians. You just have to look at the makeup of the Board there. People should stop pretending the BBC is neutral, that is a myth.

The way it's looking next season could be a transition season as well as this one as one or two are probably looking closer to the door than we probably realised at the start of the season. Our summer has been questionable as Eddie's decision making today.
Incredibly sobering post but do bear this section in mind when you hear Chris Philp and Robert Jenrick getting on their high horse...

It would perhaps be better simply to apologise - and do so in an act of genuine contrition. That is more realistic and believable than simply trying to pin the blame on other people, like a schoolchild who has been caught out saying: "It wasn't me, Miss!"
And with no hint of shame, humility or personal responsibility, the Tory who detonated the economy with his mini budget and whose party trashed the place with austerity and Brexit, then scorched the earth with unaffordable pre-election tax cuts, tells Reeves to apologise.
Insufferable.
