It clearly wasnt a drone, more like a flare. If you watch the videos, you will see that it falls vertically on the boat. Drones, as we now have seen plenty from the war in Ukraine, do not fall, they fly and hit. Also, if it was a drone, the boat would not have survived it 🙄😮‍💨

That’s the whole point — in international law there is no supreme legal power that can enforce international agreements signed between countries, so no one to complaint to. Honouring them is in the hands of the signing parties 🤷🏼‍♂️
