The United States of Eugenics Under Trump, the ideology is on the rise. But ultimately, eliminating eugenic beliefs from our shared society may require dismantling the United States itself.

Since eugenics is a hot topic this week I have to remind everyone that I wrote about eugenics, the rise of Trump, and where liberals and the left fall short for @conversationalist.org earlier this year!

I cannot take your allegedly radical politics seriously if you refuse to wear masks at cons after being repeatedly asked to do so by disabled people. (If you've never been asked to do this, consider this me asking!)

Consider how the final simile of the three shifts the tone with an implied warning in the subtext. Writing like this comes from conscious intent and and the craft skills learned from experience. A LLM might imitate this but it cannot understand or create it because there is no intelligence there.

I read (but unfortunately never finished) his book "Trust Me, I'm Dr. Ozzy," which is mostly about his various mental illnesses. It was an interesting read -- I just didn't finish it because I got distracted. 😅

People talk about wanting more mental illness rep, but Ozzy Osbourne was it. Maybe his depictions of mental illness were messy, but being mentally ill IS messy. At least he never lied about the fact that he was struggling.

I want kids to be healthy, so I hope trans kids stay in school and stay away from addictive substances like Warhammer figurines. And give them their damn hormones.

The only thing to understand about the pronoun thing is that just because something is outside of your lived experience doesn’t mean it’s not real or the person telling you is mistaken or you are being inconvenienced

Right! This just seems like a really weird diversion tactic, even for him.

Trump sows confusion for a lot of reasons. 🤷‍♀️ Is he trying to get people excited about cane sugar in coke so he can start creating more cane sugar farms in America? Is he... planning to start up plantations... in the swamps...? Like, where he just built a concentration camp?

Here are some facts. I don't know how any of these facts relate to Trump's... statement.
1) Corn is an American-grown product, subsidized by the gvt.
2) Coca-cola is mostly corn syrup.
3) Cane sugar is usually grown in other countries, but can be grown in southern American swamps.

Wait... why?

And then there's the fact that people don't believe us when we say we're being abused. This goes back to disabled people not having any autonomy. Furthermore, society sees anyone who is a caregiver for disabled as a saint/martyr, even if their "caregiving" is actually neglectful.
