i think partly i liked this bc i worry about how people would answer to my most mentally ill vents and i think support to those could trigger me into spiraling so. just knowing perhaps someone listened is good yippie

on a friends discord server we have a "no reply" vent, and i think i finally understood why it exists bc i just spent some time venting and it is nice knowing someone can read and not reply to it... probably the most raw (feelings wise) venting session i have ever done tbh, it was cathartic
