Elon will cash out the loss generating X and xAI businesses though the SpaceX IPO.
How many cars have you driven to 1.1 million miles in your lifetime? Those numbers are really good and practical for an affordable EV. My Nissan LEAF has 50,000 miles and is a useful and efficient car for city / suburban commuting.

Useful insight but I do not see an ambient temperature in your assumptions. In Minnesota this month with sub zero temperature the heat pumps are mechanical space heaters (COP 1.0) and should not be run to save wear and tear on the compressor. My gas furnace is 95% efficient. Depends on the climate
