Which seems odd when I also note that every time I have seen him given care of somebody else's IP, I know of no one - NO ONE - who cares as much about getting it right.

There was a lot of rending of garments when Wizards of the Coast put up a legacy warning on their classic DTRPG products, saying times had changed since the original products were produced.

But, here's TSR's own legacy warning from the 1993 Magic Encyclopedia V2.

Put another way, if your thinking is, "Bluesky is failing because it's not going to hit a hundred million users any time soon" or "Bluesky is failing because it might be settling in at 1.2 million daily active users," you're misunderstanding the whole point of Bluesky and its AT Protocol.

I'm not sure if this is still the case, but at some point, WotC required that merchants have a physical storefront in order to sell online. So often, those stores are just the storefront for the web store.

This is an adaptation of a convention scenario I've run several times, but I haven't run it using Tribes in the Dark (it originally ran it with Cortex Prime). It's going to be a good time.

Math is just a suggestion to an LLM.

It could not do it. I figured it out with a half-assed Google sheet before the LLM came up with an answer, and the answer was wrong. The trail of reasoning it left in the chat window read like my dog was trying to figure it out.

So, if $2k gets withdrawn every month, and $1k gets deposited every 2 weeks, since there are only 12 months in the year, but 26 two-week cycles, there are at least two times during the year that you can withdraw $1k and still have the $2k available at the beginning of the following month.

I did a weird, stupid experiment on one earlier. If a bank account starts with x in it, y is deposited every two weeks, and z is withdrawn from it at the beginning of every month on this day, when can y be withdrawn so that z will still be available on the given day?

Well, they sneak around in the shadows, disarm deadly traps, pick open locked doors or treasure chests, and pilfer anything not nailed down. But here’s something any long term GM knows (but might not admit out loud): you probably won’t add lots of locked doors, hidden traps, and shadowy alcoves to your game unless you have a rogue-ish character at your table to take advantage of them. Poke at that logic for a second and you come to the metatextual realisation that the very presence of a rogue somehow litters your setting with traps and locked treasure chests. Talk about a perfect example of how the Heart works.
