Clearly time to change the rules. If a judge says no charges, no cause to hold someone, they’re immediately released. Court will hold ICE official who brought the charges in detention until that person is freed and a public apology made.

I suspect that Texas and the states like it will see women like you and their families slowly draining out of their workforce. I already know folks that have left.
