None of the bullshit going on today is surprising, considering that the far right was always there, talking points and all. But they were largely broke until the BILLIONAIRES started buying up media and dumping buckets of money on people of similar ideology.

WGY got pretty boring pretty fast, so I built a loop antenna for AM, then got back into shortwave. Fuckin' shortwave was a distilled shot of conspiracies and insurrection, with the likes of Bill Cooper and some hardcore religious stations every night below 49 meters.
