Tonight Ruth challenged me to run my normal 5k route the other way, felt strange! But gets me to over 100k ran so far this month and still on my RED streak, tomorrow it will be #parkrun. #runeveryday

A day of trains & bikes for Ewan & I, cycled into Cov to chat on BBC CWR about Cov Stn being worst in WM for train cancellations, then we used the train to head into Brum to get a new DJI action camera 😀 (no cancellations or significant delays!)

New trail shoes before and after the second XC race of the season in the Birmingham League where I was supported by my ever present little helper 😀
