Das wäre ein Beispiel. Wobei für P6 und P7 neue Infos in der letzte Session entstanden sind, die ich noch nachtragen muss.

na ja, im Hex-Key halt. Nicht direkt auf der Map geschrieben, aber Infos pro Hex. Ich habe die Hex-Map in kleine Regionen unterteilt für die bessere Übersicht und ein paar dieser Regionen haben dann noch generelle Infos zur Region, zB allgemeine Infos zu den Zwergen. Plus die Liste mit Fraktionen.

Ich arbeite primär mit einer Hex-Map, die ich vorher gefüllt habe (nicht 100%, aber die wird nach und nach erweitert) und Fraktionen, die aus Unterschiedlichen Regionen kommen (auch weiter weg) und ihre eigenen Ziele haben. Und den Rest improvisiere ich anhand dieser Sachen und dem Input der SC.

Und als kleinen Bonus habe ich am Anfang nur menschliche SC erlaubt und wenn sie die Zwerge finden "unlocken" sie Zwergen SC. Da in Shadowdark ab und zu ein SC stirbt, ist das ein weiterer Anreiz mehr über Zwerge und ihren Verbleib zu erfahren. Gleiches gilt für Elfen im großen Wald im Norden.

Ein Beispiel: In der ersten Session gab es ein Grab mit der Inschrift "Zwergenfreundin", Irgendwann hat ein NSC gedroppt, dass es in den Bergen im Osten angeblich Zwerge geben soll, eine SC hat einen Spinnenpanzer und will daraus eine Rüstung machen lassen -> Suche nach den Zwergen im Osten beginnt.

Wie vermittelt ihr eure #pnpde Lore am Spieltisch? Legt ihr Wert darauf, dass eure Gruppe Interesse dafür zeigt? Was ist Lore überhaupt für euch?

Aber dann haben sie auch Interesse, weil sie einen Plan schmieden wollen, etwas suchen, etc. Und weil ich am Anfang relativ wenig Infos über die Welt gedropt habe, haben sie mittlerweile richtig Lust drauf die Infos auf ihrer rudimentären Karte zu vervollständigen. Und so kriegen sie auch neue Hooks

Ich versuche das möglichst organisch zu vermiteln. Ich leite eine Shadowdark Sandbox Kampagne und wenn die Gruppe kein Interesse an Lore haben, mache ich höchstens Andeutungen in Form von Reliefs, Gerüchten o.ä. Wenn sie dann aber mal NSCs fragen, Lore-dumpe ich auch schonmal.

To be honest, I think it's totally worth the money! Especially if you get the Forbidden Lands Boxed-Set, which includes the map. And the map is dry-erasable (to a point) and I love the visuals of it, personally :)

Or do The Midsummer Lands by Dyson Logos count if printed on a parchment background? 😅

What's wrong with the forbidden lands map? Others that come to my mind are The One Ring and Land of Eem. But I guess none of those are really neutral. I think most people only put so much effort in a nice colored map if it's for a specific setting 🤔
