It's Always Sunny hasn't been as consistent the past few seasons, (but it's not their fault really, they're on season like 800) but the EMT/Ghost Pepper Ghost Kitchen episode is up there with the best episodes they've ever done.

I actually think this season's hit rate is way above their recent average. But you're totally right that that episode was a worthy all-timer
