I seem to recall that when armed conflicts are settled, there is a treaty. When by other means territories change hands between nations, there is a treaty. Why is the Senate not reminding Donald J that treaties require 2/3 of the Senate? Regardless of how he proceeds, the Senate won't approve.

The real hammer is going to drop on large US firms when the EU retaliates against their products and services. Although if you remember Canada, tariffs may not be necessary. Canadians basically boycotted everything American without being asked; the Europeans will likely do the same.
