Hi Josh. Yes, agree the EMS will be looking at the flows. If there is a drastic action limit on other lines < โฐ than redispatch, then limit. But other lines may pick up additional flows only during STE/LTE periods. More adv conductors up will raise that b/c much higher/longer contingency carry.

What's the problem to solve? If the problem is time and getting new transmission built is a 7-10 yr timeframe, then reconductoring/rebuilding at the same voltage is the solution; substation work is not usually wrapped up in siting issues. 30% efficiency gain is day 1 w/out downstream upgrades.
