Meet the Pantone color of the year. Looks like a dry erase board at the end of the semester.

My final “Awkward Pet Portrait” for Friends For Life no kill animal shelter. I love this project. 💗 They raised over $12,000 with the help of artists $20 a pop. That’s a lot of artists and pets! Excellent job to all!

I got an electric blanket for the cats for Xmas and couldn’t wait to give it to them. I think they like it. The orange one has been under for hours and temperature regulates by kicking out a leg.

I love hearing stories like this. I’m hoping to catch them early so they can find a way to practice throughout their careers. I teach a lot of retirees with regrets - who end up being fabulous painters. I work with one who shows more often than I do!

My 4th year med students (not painters), painted themselves as clowns (Patch Adams inspired).

Here are some of the results. No painting experience & completed in 8 hours. I mean - I may have to let them start teaching me. 🤡
