NOAA was developing a tool to help communities prepare for future rainfall. Trump officials stopped it. The tool would have projected how climate change could affect rainfall frequency and intensity in communities across the nation.

Another NOAA tool canceled by the Trump Administration this one to help predict severe rainfall. Call your Senators and tell them to stop these cuts.

I will someone would ask how these cuts will impact t their local communities in disasters when radio is the only form of communication on alerts!

The press needs to remind the Senate that when a disaster happens the local broadcast stations - often the PBS ones - provide information to the public. Think about the next hurricane in Florida and the lack of information? We will have another thing to blame on the WH and Congress!

When people bring up the delay in calls with Helene (5 states impacted) they forget that right after Helene was Milton (Florida) and before that was Debby (7 states). There was significant calls coming in last Fall for help. The central Texas flooding is one state and smaller area.

She has been drinking the kool aid from Corey for the last 8 years. She thinks he can make her President after Trump.

We need to ensure the blame for the delay in responses and teams is laid at the feet to Noem, Vought, and the President. We cannot let people blame those who work for FEMA, who will show up at the disaster or answer the call. They cannot work without money, resources and permission.

I don’t want to see children in any state working at 14 whether immigrant or not. I’m tired of them claiming horror in CA when in reality one of them is supporting it. I am fairly certain the bill died in the FL Legislature thank goodness.

So when do we point out to MAGA the Epstein files are a conspiracy. If that is a conspiracy then how many others did they fall for? Stolen 2020 election? J6 an inside job? Biden forgetting about Hurricane Helene survivors?
