I'd go for the colloquial spelling vaffan or vafan. Sounds more natural and has the extra advantage of sounding a bit like vaffanculo. Two birds, one stone.

Playing a mafioso and extorting or beating people cause "the family must be paid" to me is as appealing as playing a Gestapo cop looking for socialists or something like that. I can play GTA but this feels a bit disgusting.

I feel like there's a thing I call "the Balatro fallacy" in games. Marketing gurus would look at Balatro, before success, and say: "impossible to sell, in a dead genre, it doesn't look good in gifs, hard to describe, messy graphics". After success: "of course it got viral! The concept sells itself"

The 2D lighting system is super nice to work with.
New trailer for the game I - and a small team of awesome people - have been working on. It's a roguelike puzzle game in which you can solve levels in any way you can think of, using random tools. It's a lot of fun.
