I've only just worked out that the reason that I feel really down when I'm left on my own for a night is because of abandonment issues. Duh. I'm so dumb. Anyway I'm home alone tonight so I'm in bed by 8.30. Hurrah.

Ughhhhhh I do not want to have to work tomorrow. At all. I've had a week of absolute bliss and do not want to come back to horseshit and tomfoolery.

So I've been having really intense and painful headaches recently. They've been extremely sudden, rising to a crescendo and then disappearing. I've done some googling and it appears to be a potential thunderclap headache. This could potentially be serious. Great.

In two days we will be on a flight to Egypt. 🤩

In bed early on a Saturday night because I'm by myself. Feeling a bit down and could really do with cheering up. Tried putting on Bar Rescue but just ended up turning it off.

Someone who hasn't even started with us at work is being touted for a promotion. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK. How can you say she's eligible for promotion when she hasn't even joined us yet??? This is insane.

It's nearly the weekend, YAHOO! I can't fucking wait! 😁

Anyway this time next week I will be in Egypt with my husband, celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary. To say I'm excited is a huge understatement. I'm fucking ecstatic!

I feel really pleased about this, but part of me is still baffled as to why everyone else just gets promotions handed to them, but that I have to work for it. Still, I suppose it's progress.

Ok so I had a talk with my manager today about how I've been feeling a bit left behind in all of the promotions that are going on. He said he completely understands it and feels I have been overlooked. So he's going to make a change to that and is putting me on the path to a promotion.

Oh man, I had forgotten how much I really love Selling Sunset. It's just the right kind of trash and it's just fab.

Just over a week until we go on holiday and I am so excited! First time away together this year and it's also our tenth wedding anniversary. 😁

Mum and I have just booked a cruise for next year. I'm incredibly excited! 😊

Got sent home because the water has been turned off in the office, meaning no loo. I'm extremely pleased about this because I'm then not back in again until 7th Nov.
