I braved the storm to see the RSNO playing Mahler with my dad and brother.

Sadistic Sabotage (17th Level) Learn two more up to 14th level Artificer Magic Item Plans. Your Sabotaging Charms can now destroy magical items that are Legendary, and when a creature is dealt damage by one of your Sabotaging Charms, double the damage.

Sophisticated Sabotage (13th Level) Learn two more up to 10th level Artificer Magic Item Plans. The damage form your charms can now be Acid, Thunder or Cold and you can now set complex triggers for your Charms (such as temperature changes, a spoken phrase or the use of a specific spell or school of magic) on a delay of up to 8 hours. When a creature or object is reduced to 0 hit points by damage from a sabotaging charm you may choose to deal any remaining damage to another creature or object within 15 feet of them. Your Sabotaging Charms can destroy magical items of Very Rare or lower quality.

Savage Sabotage (9th Level): Learn two more up to 6th level Artificer Magic Item Plans. Damage from your Sabotaging Charms is now considered magical, and on triggering any non-magical objects they are attached to are also destroyed. Your Sabotaging Charms can also destroy magical items of Rare or lower quality.

Savvy Sabotage (Level 3): As a bonus action, you can do one of the following: Scrutinize Item: Focus on an item and learn if it is a magic item or some other magical object, whether it requires Attunement, and how many charges it has, if any. If you instead touch the item, you also learn its properties and how to use them, whether any ongoing spells are affecting the item and what they are. Nullify Item: Touch a magical item leaving behind a tiny Charm to disable its properties. Upon triggering, for one hour (or until the sabotage is discovered and the Charm removed) that item’s magical properties are nullified and if it is attuned to a creature their attunement to that item is broken. Sabotage Item: Touch an object and leave behind a sabotaging charm to rig it to damage its next user. The damage dealt is equal to your sneak attack die/dice and is your choice of piercing, fire or lightning.

Rogue – Saboteur Nice weapons/armour you got there! Be a real shame if something happened to em… Saboteur's Secrets (Level 3): You learn two up to 2nd Level Artificer Magic Item Plans, gain expertise in two kind of tools and your choice of Arcana or Investigation. You also learn how to use rudimentary arcane and alchemical knowledge to identify magical objects and attach Sabotaging Charms to disable, disrupt or even destroy them. You may set a Charm to trigger on a delay of up to an hour or another simple trigger (e.g. the unsheathing of a sword or the opening of a box lid) but otherwise the default triggers are: -When a creature wearing or carrying the object is next hit with an attack. -When the object is wielded as a weapon and used to make an attack. If a creature suspects an item sabotaged it must succeed on an intelligence saving throw equal to 12 Plus your Rogue level to identify the sabotaging charm and another save of the same difficulty to disarm it without triggering any other effects.

The original version (clunky as it was) is still available on D&D Beyond (mostly cause I can't be assed taking it down at this point) but I did work on more streamlined 5.5 version which I'll post here (praying that WotC don't start their usual shite)...
