Today marks one full year post spinal surgery!

Also glad you mentioned that, I was wracking my brain trying to figure out who you were, though I had a pretty good hunch considering the name and description. 😂

She said that they "dissected" it, gave me a few things to try in the beginning vs others (proof with plastic to trap moisture vs damp cloth). She also gave me a book that has really good visuals of how things are supposed to look like at each step.
