26.10.2025 14:59 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I qualified as a teacher in 1999 and left education for an admin role in 2024. I am on minimum wage but so much happier and my work life balance is so much better. Something has to be done about the workload. Higher wages would not have kept me in teaching.
