Wtf is right! 🤦🏻‍♀️ My great grandma, grandma, and mom would tell them to put some Vicks on their chest. Eucalyptus oil in hot water in the sink and then breathe in the steam with a towel over your head and the sink to keep the heat in. Stop eating breads, rice and anything with gluten for a week too.
