I take mine once on the days I take them and have tried twice a day on my 2x 100mg days but got no noticeable difference so just take the two of an evening now on them.

It's usually the metabolites from the liver processing after taking it orally that cause the sleepiness.

Definitely curious as to what difference you notice (if you do) with a much greater amount available in your blood. I just get breast development and it allows deep sleep from it.
