We have found unreasonable that @ec.europa.eu applied a general presumption of non-disclosure to a risk assessment report drawn up by the social media platform X under the Digital Services Act #DSA.

Today, the landscape is bit more complex, but I am looking forward to see what the Commission will eventually decide to do!
