Yeah I'm limited by the character count 😅 I mean if we're in a world where we can pass an amendment then we can do pretty much anything we want. I think expanding the Court is the better option but an amendment laying out donation/expenditure limits and the gov'ts interest in doing so also works.

B) There’s literally no argument that the NYC mayoral race was not the most high-profile of 2025. One could argue it wasn’t the most *important* race, though I’d also contest that.

He’s not a lawyer so I don’t expect him to know what he’s talking about, but what’s the problem with that? At the very least we can and should decide that laws regulating political donations survive strict scrutiny, given the obvious damage unlimited money in politics has done to society.
