What writing has taught me this week:

1. You don’t need inspiration to write. Starting often builds momentum.
2. The middle of a project is where confidence dips, but it’s also where the real work begins.
3. Deleting a weak paragraph still counts as progress.

It was a rogue life choice… but the milk hadn’t arrived yet and I couldn’t face black coffee as my wake-up call 😵‍💫

It might be nonsense, it might be genius. Time (and a latte) will tell ☕️ though I’m not sure if I’m ready to deprive myself of caffeine for brilliance 🥲

Two chapters written before work and feeling productive. After coffee, I’ll probably reread it and question every life choice I made... but hey, I’ll enjoy this delusion while it lasts. #5amwritersclub

It’s only been 22 hours since this was posted and I’ve already finished the first book. Book two has just landed on my doorstep (thank you Amazon Prime 🙏🏼)

Some days I’m certain my current WIP is the right debut. Other days, new ideas feel more exciting. I think that’s what happens when you’ve lived inside one story for too long. It feels old to me, but I keep reminding myself it will be brand new to future readers.
