The sign is a wooden board with words in white paint on it that say: "Look for stile 30 MTS in wall." There is also a painted arrow, pointing right. On the right, there is a glimpse of dry stone wall and on the left, in the background, a signpost and a distant hill on the horizon.

A busy day🐾 up to Meikle Pap, then met my pal Simon for a walk up to Tappie Tower, up to Brimmond Hill then Pizza 🍕 at Forest Farm 😋

Ran through the night on Saturday pacing a friend to their first 100 miler. Felt special. This is the view from Redcar as we made our way south along the North Sea coast.

Leaving the ECHR would allow the State Pension, the Minimum Wage, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Paid Holiday and working hour limits to all be abolished.

They would make hundreds of billions from this.

That is what they want.

In August I went up to the Cairngorms for a 2 day hike in the mountains. Excellent warm weather helped make it a memorable trip, accompanied by a friend (pictured) who is well on his way to becoming a fully qualified Mountain Leader.
