My husband made it recently and he says it's easy and basically a very good version of pickled chillies, the liquid can also be used in other recipes as it's a spicy pickle juice.

A lovely Kellerbier. Klosterbräu is an underrated brewery but we always enjoy their beer and the food looks very good.

The Bamberg Rathaus which sits in the middle of the Regnitz river. The weather today has been fantastic, clear skies, cool but warm in the sun.

After some Rauchbier I fancied a change of pace and we've opted for a couple of Kellerbier from Klosterbräu.

Today we did a brewery tour of a well known Bamberg brewery. It was mostly a walking tour with a bit of a brewery tour towards the end.

I haven't even looked at the UK one. The Irish one is dead easy if you've had one before. I was shocked at how fast it was. I got an ID card too this time as it's handy to have to collect parcels.

It was crazy fast. I have to renew the non-EU British one next year so it'll be interesting to see what a shitfest that is.

For the one's wondering why I still have it, it's the passport I take with me if I'm worried about losing my passport.

I renewed mine the other week. Ordered online on the Tuesday night and they tried to deliver it on the Saturday in Berlin!
