The image is a screenshot of a mobile game (Arknights) medal board. The medals are representing specifically-earned achievements from a challenge game mode (Contingency Contract #4) within the game now aligned on a board. The board lists 10 out of 10 medals.

I've played for over 5 years and I finally got my first full CC medal list,,, I am both proud and embarrassed.

There are multiple of the same stylized hunan-like skulls missing their lower jaw depicted in the middle of the image. They are making a number of different exaggerated facial expressions. None of the expressions have any clear lead into the next. On the furthest right of the image is a fullbody piece of a humanoid figure with a similar skull for a head. His legs are crossed, arms relaxed in a seated pose. He holds a lollipop between two fingers. His anatomy is a bit bizarre with scales and claws, and he wears extremely baggy attire that hides most of his midsection and legs.

Fun Kilroy practice to just indulge and play around with a brush I've been enjoying... I love the freak very much.
