We've been busy learning weave poles! Now that Echo has 12 poles down, we get to start generalizing by moving them around the yard and eventually working in new locations like our various local practice spaces.

She has an old stress injury that flares up if she's repetitively jumping any higher than 8", so it's a great way for her to trial without having to jump like the big dogs.

The leaf blower gang is at it again, but thankfully Echo’s earmuffs block enough of the noise out to keep her relaxed and snoozing. Without them, she will bark incessantly, which isn’t fun for anybody. Note that not all dogs enjoy wearing equipment.

Round two! Jean picked up several more points.

By the end of my 2-3 hour visit, both were eating out of my hand and snoozing next to me on the floor. They are currently in foster care with CBCR while they learn to be less scared of new people and sounds.
