Thinking about the family of Representative Melissa Hortman & her husband who were assassinated at the hands of a radical MAGA shooter in June.

Melissa was doing such important work for the state of Minnesota & this country-we grieve her loss & demand strict gun reform legislation.

Before knowing all the facts, voices on the right are now exploiting the tragic death of Charlie Kirk & calling for all-out war on the left. This is sad, but not surprising, at a time when we should all be denouncing political violence. They were not so upset when Minn. Democrats were assassinated.

I hope they find the shooter so Nancy Mace can stop speculating that it’s the democrats or “trannies” (her words from her post on X).

Here’s the difference between why those on the left are responding so differently between sympathy for Kirk’s shooting and Trump’s. Trump’s was made up staged bullshit.
