other context we had more snow last night. It's-10c and while I dressed warmly I was not prepared to stand in the wind at a bus stop with no shelter for 35 minutes. A nice bus driver took me a couple stops down for free to one with a shelter after I confirmed my bus would still be at 10 more minutes

45 minutes I waited for my 45 this morning when it should come every 20 the bus is packed with 3 missed buses worth. One bus had an accident then everything went bonkers

I have used a home DNS ad-blocker for nearly 20 years now. It requires a little up-front cost (both time & money), but the benefit is that I can keep these "smart" devices from ever reaching the internet from my home.

Highly recommended, and they make it so easy these days.

The near identical emails inquiring how what we do works with a point form list in the middle of the exact same questions each time gives people away at my work. I get that most of these people using it are ESL but when they all come from Uni student addresses, I have even more questions.
