Scryfall advanced search into EDHRec for a sanity check, then Moxfield to finalize the list. That seems to be the common flow based on your replies. The browsing part is interesting though, most people only do it when stuck on those last 5-10 card slots.

Learning about people through how they build decks is real. You can tell a lot by whether they lean into combo, value engines, or just turning creatures sideways. Budget filter is clutch, nothing worse than finding the perfect list and the mana base alone costs more than your rent.

The custom category names on Archidekt are painful. Like you named a section things that go brrr and now nobody knows what those cards do in the deck. EDHrec filters are underrated though, the include cards search saves so much time for finding synergy pieces.

The value tracking rabbit hole is real. Some people treat collections like stock portfolios now. I built grimdeck.com partly because I wanted a simple way to see what my cards were worth without the noise. 16k is wild, that must have some serious Reserved List pieces.

Blind Obedience is so underrated. Extort stapled onto a Kismet for artifacts and creatures? That card has won me more games than it has any right to. Shuts down so many strategies people don't even think about.

The text-only default view is rough. I always forget that's a setting and not just how it looks. Visual spoiler should honestly be the default for any deck builder at this point.

Demon tribal is underrated. Which commander are you running? Rakdos the Defiler is chaos incarnate but something like Kaalia makes the big mana costs way more manageable.
