It holds an interesting place alongside Queer (rewatch imminent!), but seeing it with a crowd is a delight. Someone at my screening gasped at the first Mugwump reveal. It's like discovering Your depraved people. Like home. For a director described as "frigid," Naked Lunch oddly feels cozy.
