I really hate that NetGalley exists because it used to be so easy to get physical ARCS and now it's almost impossible. Unless you win them in Goodreads. I have tried everything and it's just not possible. I hate reading things digitally!

it's wild to me that no one is talking about what an utter fucking failure the response to this snow has been. the city is untraversable. ice and snow everywhere in crosswalks and pedestrian ways. totally left there by plows. roads unsalted.

for so many years i was working out regularly. at least 3, usually 4-6 days a week. I felt so good about this. But the past 6 months i'm going weeks sometimes without working out. Just so busy between kid and work and wanting some time. it SUCKS.
