At what point does it stop being "I'm going through a tough time" and being just an actual reflection of how u feel about me

The one friend especially I've had to be way more patient with than I ever would have tolerated from anyone else but I thought this was like just her going through stuff but I'm starting to feel like they actually don't give a fuck

Today two of my "best friends" completely ignored me while I shared good news and they've been going through a difficult time but I'm literally so sad and upset about it lol like I am constantly cheerleading them on
