I have a colleague who is our SRE and wants to learn more infosec stuff. His expertise is in cloud and infrastructure engineering. He's looking for education and cert ideas that build on his current expertise. Does anyone have some suggestions (other than SANS lol)?

The prob is, most HR and hiring managers won't look past the first two pages. When I was hiring, anything above three pages was an auto no, only because I couldn't rely on them to be concise or figure out what their specialties were. Your resume should be edited to reflect the job you're seeking.
