Chiming in way too late: jPSXdec processes BMP instantly. Also, you can achieve higher picture quality with psxavenc (...if you don't mind upscaling, denoising, and then downscaling the video back, and ballooned size of the patch ofc).

PS2 copies of Pachipara 12 through 14 by Irem. Each one features Marine-chan, the blonde-haired mascot of the real world Umi Monogatari pachinko machines, in various bikini outfits, and 13 and 14 also include another blue-haired character from that same "franchise" whose name escapes me at the moment and you probably didn't ask to know this much information about some old pachinko games anyway, did you?

Your quarterly reminder to always look carefully when you see this blonde lady and her friend on the cover of Japanese PS2 games. They're not all *just* pachinko sims; some of them have open world RPGs built upon Steambot Chronicles gameplay if you look underneath--VERY yuri-tinged ones at that. 😎
