Motherfucking wind farms!

#parkrun number 2, back on #lowestoft beach today. My first time was 32:20. I paced myself as I didn’t know how well I’d do. Today I completed in 28:12. Not bad. Got the bug now though. I know I can do better!!

Nice chilled way to end a busy weekend. 9:53pm, a bit of Prodigy live at Glastonbury just before bed. Nice.

I’ve been a treadmill runner for years because I work in a lic school and would forever be seeing students or parents. Decided to take the plunge, pretty hard to spot in a crowd of 600! Loved it. Now a I have a time to beat!

But you do have to be in training, apprenticeships or working towards some form of qualification.

I did my first #lowestoft #parkrun today. 32mins 20secs. Not bad considering I only run on a treadmill, and I’ve just turned 40. That’s my time to beat. Wasn’t even that tired at the end!

Turned out to be a nazi.

No spoilers (hopefully) for those that haven’t got there. But just a little test of the Switch 2 picture album function. One of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of playing.

This is why the NHS are great. Found a big lump Monday PM. Appointment & bloods done at Docs Tues. Results received Weds. Scan at Hospital and results on Friday. All confirmed ok, with plan if anything changes. Brilliant.
